Campbell Oktoberfest Festival Friends Circle -- Welcome Squad

This is a special kind of event.

As many of you may have known already, we are hosting a Festival Friends Circle at Campbell's Oktoberfest this coming Sat.. We have built up a decent attendance number across multiple groups, and now we could use some helping extra hands in coordinating it. Think it as a volunteer squad social in connecting people.

Of course you are welcome to simply attend the event, just by arriving at the regular hour for general admission:

1st Street & Civic Center drive, at the volunteer checkin station.

11: am Welcome crew arrival
11 - 11:30 am Tour of the festival ground, briefing
11:30 am General admission arrival
11:30 am - 12pm Self-select into social squads
12pm Festival
1pm First regroup / remix
2pm Possible another regroup, then festival free roaming

Participants assume all risks and release TownFlame, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from liability for injury, illness, or damages, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
By attending, participants acknowledge that photographs, audio, and video recordings may be taken during events, and grant TownFlame the right to use such media for promotional and marketing purposes, in any format or platform, without further consent or compensation.
