.. All attendees must present to our group, at the front door of the restaurant, no later than 11:15am
.. Our lunch is limited to 1-1/2 hours, after which the dining room will be vacated, to prepare for the following dining session. You are welcome to continue at the main bar

• If you invite a friend please pay on their behalf. Do not rely on them to pay
• The restaurant closes at 1pm, to prepare for 2pm lunch bookings
• All buffet food and drinks are Included as above
• If you prefer to amend your drink to something other than that which is displayed, you are welcome; however it will be entirely at your cost, without any refund
• Attendees must present at the restaurant entrance of the venue, on time
• Failure to present on time will void your ticket with no refunds. In this instance you will be required to pay at the restaurant, upon entry - without any refunds
• Parking at any meetup point is entirely your risk
• Bookings close 1 October 2025 or when minimum RSVPs are received, whichever comes first
• Minimum: 10 RSVPs
• Once minimum attendees RSVP there is no refund
• Should minimum RSVPs not be reached by 1 October 2025 a full refund will be credited to your bank account only
• No refunds issued after bookings close
• If you cancel after bookings close I will endeavour to resell your ticket for you, but no guarantees. Re-selling tickets is a courtesy not an entitlement
