SMALL carry-on-size suitcase; large water-bottle, normal medications you would ordinarily require; enclosed footwear; easy-wear comfortable clothes which can become grubby; gloves if you wish, hotel-dinner clothes; personal hygiene (e.g. toothbrush, comb, etc)

If you suffer from motion sickness (car sick) please administer prescription medication. Do not rely on natural remedies such as ginger, as these are least effective
