Visit and Tour St. John Paul II National Shrine in DC with SAM

If you are interested in carpooling or joining us for a self guided tour at the St. John Paul II National Shrine in DC, please email Jeanne below. We plan on meeting at Our Lady of the Fields Cathlic Church (1070 Cecil Avenue S, Millersville, MD 21108) parking lot at 9am and leave promptly at 9:15 to drive to DC. We will then do the self guided tour of the shrine at 10:15, garden tour and then mass at 12 noon. For those who are Catholic, you can obtain a plenary indulgence by making a pious pilgrimage to a designated sacred Jubilee site. This is a Jubilee year. St. John Paul shrine is a sacred site. The exhibit is open from 10-5pm. The address is 3900 Harewood Road, NE, Washington, DC 20017. Parking is free. We will the go out to lunch at a nearby restaurant before heading back to Baltimore.
