Sports Groups include : Tennis, Volleyball, Pickleball, Bowling , Soccer , League Curling, Golf, Mini-Putt - Cycling , Walking , hiking etc - etc etc
All the activitives are setup and run by our volunteer organizers with new events being added on a continuous basis. We do ask that you please respect your RSVP!!
WANT TO LEARN HOW TO CURL! This meetup supports the Sunday Curling League ( 1pm ) and the Mixed Day Curling League ( Tuesdays & Thursdays - 12:30pm ) out of the Montreal West Curling Club. We will teach you the GAME! Interested : Contact James at spasource@bell.net

Montreal West Curling Club, 17 Chemin Ainslie, Montreal West, QC, CAWELCOME to the West Montreal Sunday Social Curling League
NOVICES are very welcome to join us - we will teach you the game!
Basic curling instruction available on Sunday morning at no cost - You must contact James at spasource@bell.net to register your name, for this training!
All players and spare's wearing running shoes on the ice must have at least one GRIPPER for their footwear! SAFETY first in this League!
Curling Grippers can be purchased at the Curling Club - cost : $26If anyone wants to participate in a Sunday Curling match, as a SPARE, they MUST First contact James , the player/spare coordinator at spasource@bell.net - This is NOT drop-in curling, but a structured Curling league. Join the league's spare list and we will bring you in to the league as a regular player, when spots open up!
Our MEETUP'S MIXED SUNDAY AFTERNOON LEAGUE CURLING is now underway for the 2025/2026 season at the Montreal West Curling Club ( 17 Ainslie in Montreal West, corner of Westminister ), on ice - at 11am , every Sunday , mid October to late April of 2026 ( No Holidays )
Bar Services - food after each game - half&half - and all equipment is supplied, Instruction for players and the spares, on a ongoing basis! Plenty of Parking.Cost for the upcoming season will be $300 per person for the entire season and spares will pay $10 for every game they play, which includes the after game food snack

- Bring to the curling club , in a bag, a pair of running shoes. No boots , sandals, slippers etc. The soles of the running shoes must be completely clean, so as to not deposit any dirt on the curling ice. Sliders are available at the club for those requiring a longer slide. Club Curling brooms are supplied, as well.
- Wear jogging or sweat pants, something loose, no jeans, too constrictive.
- Wear a sweater or light jacket, and light gloves for those whose hands get cold easily.
And most important don't forget to bring a SMILE!

Parc Lasalle (1500 Rue Remembrance) in Lachine has 4 Pickleball
courts that have been leased to a number of local groups for a
number of hours per week.
Reservation of a pickleball court for public access is available if
you have a valid library card or recreation card. Reservations
available only 2 days in advance. Getting a reservation is very
difficult because of the number of players and lack of courts.
