Our events range from casual backyard BBQs and potlucks to themed multi-course dinners—all hosted in the comfort of our members' private homes.

Life at 50+ is a unique chapter. Whether you are widowed, divorced, or have been single for years, this group is about finding "your people." We aren't a high-pressure dating service; we are a community of peers who enjoy good food, fine wine, and meaningful connection.

Our "Safety First" Hosting Model

Because our events are hosted in private residences, we have a strict 3-Step Membership Process to protect our hosts and guests:

Identity Verification: All members must join our Private Facebook Group. This allows us to verify that you are a real person in our local community.

The "Vibe Check": You must attend at least one public "Meet & Greet" (held monthly at a local café or restaurant) before you are eligible to RSVP for a dinner hosted in someone’s home.

Address Privacy: Home addresses are never posted publicly. They are sent via private message only to confirmed attendees 48 hours before the event.

How to Join & Sign Up

Step 1: Request to join this Meetup Group. Please answer the profile questions honestly. We want to know a little bit about your favorite foods and what you're looking for in a social group!

Step 2: Join the Facebook "Living Room." Singles 50+ Dinner Group Note: Your request to join the Meetup group will remain "Pending" until we see your request on Facebook. This is our primary safety filter.

Step 3: RSVP for a Public Event. Look for our next "New Member Mixer" or "Public Dinner." Once you’ve met an organizer or host in person, you’ll be cleared to attend our exclusive home-hosted dinner parties.
