Resumadero camping trip (Waterfalls & Trails)

Details
(Do not sign up for this event unless you are reasonably sure you are going).
Recent hi temp forecasts run from 80-85 deg. ,lows in the 50s (in surrounding towns) making this an oasis compared to ABQ in June. Being heavily forested, temps should be even cooler than those towns. Please read to bottom B4 deciding.
Situated in a huge alpine meadow at 9,000' elevation, Summer temps reach 75-85 deg. for highs w/lows in the 50s. A 2 hr. drive from ABQ, located just east of the San Pedro Parks wilderness, it's loaded w/ big waterfalls 20'-60' high and trails w/ low or high elevation gain, depending on which you choose. Canyons are extremely deep & beautiful and are punctuated with the waterfalls, some close together. Not all have trails getting to them. Bring WOOD if you want a campfire. C.G. has 3 vault toilets and plenty of shade among the tall pines. We'll do an easy hike to Resumidero falls first, then Lichen Falls. Others we will see as we have the energy. This is waterfall paradise. Always love going back to see more. I'll go early on Friday to secure a good site for the group; anyone else can join me, just let me know. I'll post a meetup sign close to the road pointing to our site. Look for a big American flag and my black SUV. I'll answer questions below in the comments section. Pack out all trash; no cans or dumpsters there. Large RVs & dogs on leash OK.
