Ripple & Roots is a lakeside restaurant located inside the Hyatt Regency Austin. A hybrid indoor atrium (A/C) and outside bar or dining on the lakefront patio with panoramic views of the downtown Austin skyline and a premier spot to watch the nightly Congress Avenue Bridge bat flights. Live music starts at 6- 9pm.
