Singles Dinner and Theater

We'll start with dinner at Paradise Pizza in New Britain at 5 pm. After dinner, we'll go to the Hole in the Wall Theater, 116 Main St., New Britain, to see “Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead.” The action of the play takes place mainly "in the wings" of Shakespeare's Hamlet, with brief appearances of major characters from Hamlet who enact fragments of the original's scenes. Between these episodes, the two protagonists Rosencrantz and Guildenstern voice their confusion at the progress of events occurring onstage without them in Hamlet, of which they have no direct knowledge.
