Description
Seattle to Vancouver Island is a road trip that will take you through some of the most beautiful landscapes in the Pacific Northwest. You’ll drive along the coast, through old-growth forests, and past stunning mountain ranges. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore charming towns and cities, sample delicious local cuisine, and experience the unique culture of the region. We will explore all the top spots listed in the US News Report of spots for Vancouver Island
Living Situation
I will book a camping and an AirBnb option to accommodate many people's preferences. We have up to 8 camping spots and 4 AirBnb spots and you can only get a spot by paying the camping or AirBnb and the attendance deposit(refunded upon attendance). Car camping is permitted.

Cost
Attendance Deposit: $50
Camping: $70
AirBnb: $160
Gas: $50 to driver
The attendance deposit is designed to make sure people who signup actually end up going. This is important since we are planning carpooling and sharing tents because drop outs negatively impact others. The attendance deposit is refunded upon attendance.
Payment methods:
Make sure payment is for friends/family and NOT goods and services.
Dropouts/Refunds
Any dropout before June 5th are fully refunded. Dropouts June 5th and after will have no refunds on camping or airbnb or attendance deposit unless trip is cancelled or there is a waitlist and a suitable replacement. Attendance deposit refunded upon attendance.
Waitlist
The waitlist is ordered so those who get on waitlist first have priority over people that join later. Paying the full amount secures you a spot on the waitlist if the event is full. If a spot opens up then I will reach out and ask if you're interested in joining. If you are interested then you can join us and if not then I'll refund. Anyone who doesn't get off waitlist by event start will be refunded.
