Who should join us ?
Singles from the US, Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania interested to meet other singles in New York City, and being interested in meeting people from various countries, religions, ethnics and cultures.
Our group is opened to any sexual orientation, yet restricted to open-minded and fun people of all ages, and with one thematic event per week/month, suggested by members and/or organizers.
Why should you join ?
You should join us if you are single and interested in cultural diversity. You will have opportunities to learn from others, to challenge yourself, have fun, hopefully you will find the right special someone. Our members mingle, but they also make true friends, as members having found their soul mate through us are more than welcome to stay and share this experience.
Our members are singles, but most importantly, they are unique, that's the thing that matters the most in everyone's quest for love. What can you expect out of our group ? Our typical activities will be going out together, meet, mingle, and learn from each others. We like the concept of speed dating but we think a "slow dating" event is even better, themed parties, watching movies, going together to museums exhibition and tours with curators.
What we are NOT and we do NOT do :
We respect individuals (you) as well as Meetup group's community guidelines. In particular :

â We don't divert members to another website and we don't act as a lead generator for another website
â We never send spam and we don't primarily broadcast messages rather than have events
â We don't create this group to promote a one-time event, we intend to have several events together

It's official : French Mondays - The New Apéro Art de Vivre ! ARE BACK They will take place at legendary French owned Flute Midtown.
Please join us next Monday for a chic French happy hour "Apéro", where you can meet, greet, and network (and, reportedly, meet the French love of your life if you get that chance)... and drink Champagne. You don't need to speak French to attend, it's an international event !
The word âapĂ©roâ is the name for both the ritual of going out for a pre-dinner drink, as well as the sort of drink that you would probably have at such a ritual. Invented by French people, of course.
On top of the Kirs Royal special for $10, we can also get fresh spring rolls for $10 (theyhave four kinds going from $12 to $15) : : please mention Sensate (http://www.wesensate.com). At Flûte Midtown, they take champagne out of the nightclub VIP room and bring it into the chic, intimate, comfortable setting of a New York lounge : French apéro art de vivre meets New York City happy hour, and the happy hours take much, much longer.
Flûte Bar & Lounge welcomes champagne lovers, as well as those simply looking for the ideal spot for drinks with friends, to bring a date, to toast a celebration or relax with colleagues.
