February Dinner Party at Elle's Santa Barbara Downtown Victoria Villa!

Hi Santa Barbara Social Dinner Party Friends!

We had a great time at Elle's Montecito house and she has graciously offered her Victorian Villa in Downtown Santa Barbara for the next party!

The party RSVP's filled up at the last party so be sure to get your RSVP's in early. Sorry for the few of you that wanted to join in last minute, but I could not get back to you in the last hours of dinner party craziness! Please understand I was busy trying not to burn dinner in the kitchen, ;) ha ha.

We had a fun time getting to know each other, introducing ourselves, then mingling as we had lots of choices for dinner. I made Fish and Clam Chowder, Avogolemono- Greek Lemon Chicken soup with Orzo, Chicken Tortilla Soup with toppings, Tri Tip with Caramelized Onions, Pork Roast with Apple Pear Onion Compote, Sliced Ham, Pork Sliders with Cilantro Slaw, 6 different salads, and homemade bread. For dessert we had Warm Pecan Pies, Pineapple Upside Down Cakes, Warm Apple Pie and Apple Streusal with Vanilla Ice Cream and home made Whipped Cream. Thank you helpers for coming early to help with last minute cooking and setting up!

I will make another dinner for this party on the same scale, it's was so fun to cook for you all! The fee for this dinner helps pay for the sous chefs the days prior, and housekeepers for the clean up crew after so thank you for sharing in the costs! Please bring a bottle of wine/or your favorite beverage to the party.
