Hey Everyone!

It’s that time of year again—let’s make it another epic beach party!

Join us for our 2nd official beach bonfire party at Dockweiler State Beach this Saturday, July 12th.

🎉 Cost: $25 per person
This helps cover BBQ food, drinks, party supplies, games, and more!

🍢 Food includes:

Skewers: beef, chicken, shrimp, salmon, veggies
Hot dogs, burgers, chips, sides
Plenty of beverages and desserts
All supplies (plates, utensils, etc.) included
Marshmallows (s'mores)

We’ll have plenty of food and a fun-filled evening by the fire. Don’t miss it!

What to Expect:

Social and beach games
Icebreakers and group activities
Music throughout the day
Bonfire at night with music and dancing

Let’s make it a memorable day from sun to sunset!

Parking is expected to be $13 per vehicle.

Note:

Unlike some of our other events, the beach bonfire parties require extra planning and supplies—including large amounts of ice, firewood for the pit, beach games, plates, utensils, and more essentials to accommodate everyone.

There are significantly more expenses involved, and I appreciate your understanding and support.

WHAT TO BRING:

Beach Towel or Blanket – For lounging, drying off, or sitting on the sand.
Sunscreen – Choose broad-spectrum SPF 30+ and reapply every 2 hours.
Hat & Sunglasses – Protect your eyes and face from sun exposure.
Swimsuit & Extra Clothes – Bring dry clothes for after swimming or when the evening cools.
Portable Chair – For comfort, especially if you don’t want to sit directly on the sand.
Cooler with Ice – To keep drinks, snacks, or potluck items fresh.
Reusable Water Bottle – Stay hydrated throughout the day.
Sandals or Water Shoes – Easy to slip off and great for walking on hot sand.
