It’s 2026 and the world has shifted into an “AI-powered” version of a society. Currently, it’s estimated that there’s about 50,000 AI tools and 90,000+ AI companies and 281M people use AI tools globally for personal and work needs. AI has indeed exploded rapidly since 2022, and is projected to keep growing into the year 2030. But what do all these really mean for us as humans? How does this truly affect our existence: from our day-to-day life navigation, to our place in the workforce and onto the future? AI has replaced not only jobs, but also personal relationships, and will continue to impact the way we move, think, work, relate, function and serve in the world. We now co-exist with machines, whether we admit it or not.
In this talk, Jean will share her insights, experiences and candid thoughts on the combined embodiment of being a yoga practitioner, teacher and AI builder, as well as what she’s seen in the AI space since she started building AI bots pre-explosion from 2018. She will also bring us into the present deep tech landscape, and onto the near future. She will attempt to make sense of how we might become better equipped to navigate an exciting future through the convergence of spiritual healing arts, deep technology of AI and sprinkle it with some science of consciousness.
Jean Alfonso-Decena is founder of In Silence AI, a global ecosystem bringing together mentors, learners, and AI technology to re-skill humans for a hybrid world, co-existing with machines. An early developer of AI agents and pioneering leader at the convergence of spirituality, technology, and science, she serves as AI Advisor at Singularity Earth, co-activator at Si3, among other things. She was an Ambassador for the 2025 Artificial Life Conference. She consults with universities and organizations and speaks at tech conferences globally, integrating consciousness wisdom with deep technology and and the science of consciousness.
