Join us with Nathan Jishin Michon, Shingon Buddhist Priest, adjunct professor of Japanese Religions at Ryukoku University, and director of retreats and retreat tours at Inward Journeys Japan, as we discuss **Developing Healthy & Sustainable Compassion**

This Cafe Talk will explore ideas of healthy and sustainable compassion, covering how to cultivate various forms of compassion while prevent issues like secondary trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout. Parts of the discussion will use inspiration from Mikkyo's Taizo Mandala and the various symbols and compassion practices therein.
Come along to hear about and discuss what we can do moving into the future to keep compassion in AI and future tech.
