Elisa on Neuroscience and Free Will

Details
Bio: Elisa Filevich studied Biology and Neuroscience in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Then, she did her PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience in London, researching action selection and other topics related to free will. She's now working on her postdoc in the Max Planck Institute for Human Development, doing something completely different.
Abstract: Free will has been discussed countless times, yet we still haven't reached a consensus on what free will actually is. In this talk, Elisa won't try to give an answer to the question "Do we have free will?" Instead, she will discuss what neuroscience can say about free will, by summarizing some of the the neuroscientific studies that in the recent years have approached the question.
