Event Title: Weekday Hike ☀️ - Sintra National Park to Cabo da Roca
Duration: Approximately 5hr30 walking time
Distance: 19km
Location: Sintra National Park 🌲
Description: Epic hike from Sintra historical town to the Atlantic; going through the forest to reach the ocean. We begin by passing by the Moorish castle and then go into the depths of the park. After several hours of walking through the trees, the views open out onto the sea and the wild cliffs of Cabo da Roca, the western most point of Europe where we will finish.
What to Bring:

• Hiking boots or sturdy trainers
• 1 liter of water (there are water point en route)
• Snacks and lunch
• Sunscreen

Difficulty Level: Difficult with some challenging terrain
Fitness Level Required: High
Transportation: This is a circular route. We get the train from Rossio which takes us to Sintra. We walk from Sintra to Cabo da Roca. Then the bus from Cabo da Roca to Cascais. Finally get the train from Cascais back to Lisbon. Return around 7:30pm
Meeting Point and Time: Meet at Ritual Caffé on the train platform at Rossio train station. 9.20AM Sunday. (to catch the 9:41AM train). Possibility to join from Sintra if easier.
