Passion

• Focus: Self-centered; it's about what makes you happy and fulfilled.
• Role: Provides personal energy, drive, and excitement. It fuels the self.

Purpose

• What it is:
  The underlying reason that gives your life meaning and continuity; your overall aim or intention.
• Focus:
  Other-centered; it's about how you can make a positive impact on the world through your unique talents and passions.
• Role:
  Provides a sense of direction, meaning, and long-term vision. It's the enduring "why" behind your actions.
• Example:
  You use your passion for the guitar to teach underprivileged children, helping to spread joy and a sense of accomplishment to them.
