We all have identities we carry strong woman, independent, caregiver, successful, survivor, Black woman, perfectionist, people pleaser, peacemaker, fixer. But what if the very thing you're most proud of has also become the thing that's keeping you stuck?

This conversation isn't about rejecting who you are. It's about asking a deeper question:

What do you overly identify with that may be harming you? We'll explore the roles, labels, beliefs, and experiences we've embraced both those we've chosen and those placed on us, and whether they've become barriers to peace, healthy relationships, vulnerability, or personal growth.

Together, we'll have an honest conversation about how over-identifying with certain traits, roles, or even cultural expectations can quietly shape the way we live, love, and see ourselves. Come ready to reflect, challenge your perspective, and discover who you are beyond the labels.
