We’re a wine social group in the Seattle/Tacoma area for people who are into wine — whether that means tasting notes and grape varietals, or just knowing what you like in your glass.
Some of us are deep into wine, some of us are just getting started, and most of us are somewhere in between. Either way, you’ll fit right in.
This is a place to try new wines, ask questions if you want to, ignore all that and just sip if you don’t, and meet people along the way.
No snobbery, no pressure — just good wine and good company.

Barrels offers a diverse menu of wines by the glass and food options including small plates, larger plates, and sandwiches.Barrels is a Mercer Island gem located in the Boyd Building in Town Center just off I-90. They are both a bottle shop with over 500 curated bottles and a wine bar featuring New World and Old World wines. Enjoy a wine flight, a charcuterie plate, local artwork, or a bottle with friends or loved ones in a cozy, unpretentious setting.
