We’ll share good food and easy conversation. There’s no agenda and no one trying to sell to you - just space to talk openly about what’s going well, what feels challenging, and what you’re figuring out next. And plenty of chat that has nothing to do with work at all.
You’ll meet people at different stages of the journey: early‑days builders, steady growers, and those who’ve been in it for years. The mix always makes the conversation richer.

A small group of founders and business owners from across sectors - retail, hospitality, lifestyle, services, creative, and experience‑led businesses. People who get both the excitement and the pressure of running something of your own.What you'll leave with:
