What it is
One full day each month dedicated to working on your business with a small community of founders who understand the reality of building something from the ground up.

Founder Sessions brings together a group of twelve founders from product, service, creative and experience-led businesses. It’s structured time, guided support and a space to work through the decisions that actually move your business forward.

What happens

9:30 to 10am: Get focused
Settle in, get clear on your priorities and choose what you want to make progress on today.

10am to 1pm: Deep work
Quiet, protected time to work without distraction. Strategy, pricing, systems, brand, team planning, content – whatever needs uninterrupted headspace.

1pm to 2pm: Lunch
Sorted and covered. Space for natural conversation with people who get the highs, lows and everything in between.

2pm to 4pm: Get unstuck
Bring a challenge or decision you’re wrestling with. The group helps you see it from new angles, ask better questions and walk away with clarity on your next steps.

4pm onwards: Optional drinks
Stay for a debrief or head off. Whatever works for you.
