### 🌅 Daily Yoga Session — What to Expect

Join us each day for a rejuvenating yoga practice designed to help you center your mind, strengthen your body, and ease into a calm, balanced state. All levels are welcome—whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll find the session supportive, grounding, and energizing. This is a paid event, open to all levels—from beginners to experienced yogis.

• Welcome & settling in (5 minutes)
A brief check-in to help everyone arrive and breathe together.
• Gentle warm-up (10 minutes)
Light stretching and mobility work to prepare your body.
• Guided yoga flow (30 minutes)
A balanced sequence of postures focused on strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
• Cool down & stretches (10 minutes)
Slow, relaxing movements to release tension.
• Closing meditation (5 minutes)
A short guided relaxation to carry calm into the rest of your day.
