Monthly Family Constellation Circle
Practical systemic work in a safe group setting

This monthly 2.5-hour group offers a clear and grounded introduction to Family Constellations as a practical tool for exploring personal and relational dynamics.

Through experiential group work, we observe how family and systemic patterns influence our lives — often without conscious awareness — and create space for insight, movement, and integration.

Session structure:
• Two constellations per circle for participants bringing a specific topic
• Open participation as representatives (no previous experience required)
• Guided integration to support clarity and understanding
• A structured and respectful container that supports the process

Participants who will constellate will have a brief pre-session call with the facilitator to clarify their intention and understand the process.

This circle is suitable whether you wish to work on a personal topic, learn more about systemic dynamics, or simply observe the process in a professional group setting.

No previous experience required.

Meditación & Sound Healing es un espacio para crear el hábito saludable de relajarte, calmar tu mente y aprender a transformar emociones que te perturban, acompañado por una profesional en Bienestar y Espiritualidad.
Cada semana realizamos una sesión grupal en un entorno exclusivo y especial, pensado para que puedas relajarte, enfocarte en ti y renovar energías.

Kundalini Activation + Breathwork | Transformative Awakening Bodywork

A deep journey of awakening, release, and embodied presence.
Join us for a Transformative Awakening Bodywork session — a guided experience combining Kundalini Activation, Transformative Breathwork, and intuitive somatic release to support emotional liberation, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance.
Through conscious breathing, vital life force activation, and gentle body-based release, this session creates a safe, held, and non-forceful space where the body can unwind, emotions can move, and inner clarity can naturally arise.

• Intuitive somatic release where needed
