Women Only Session:

When I was in my 20s, I could lose weight so easily. Cut back a little and 5 pounds was gone. Not any more, I can gain 5 pounds in one week and it takes 6 months to lose it. What about you???

The problem is understanding WHY we gain wieight so that we can make better choices and maintain a healthy weight. While we may look good at any weight, being over weight may cause or contribute to illness and disease. Join this session to get a better understanding of weight gain and the problem with belly fat.
