What we’re about
This Meetup group is a collaboration with the group, Act 2: Life After 50, a “community” dedicated to helping mature women of color to live their best lives! We coordinate engaging social outings such as: concerts, live plays, paint& sips, wine tours, dining and other outings. We also host domestic and international travel trips. All of the activities are designed to foster positive relationships and personal development experiences to encourage spiritual, mental, and physical wholeness. Our motto is, "It's never too late to get better!" If you are looking for positive connections with mature women who like to enjoy life, this is the group for you!

D.L. Hughley is one of the most popular and highly recognized standup comedians on the road today has also made quite an impression in the television, film and radio arenas. D.L. was also one of the Original Kings of Comedy, along side of Steve Harvey, Cedric the Entertainer, and the late great Bernie Mac. Known for being astute and politically savvy in true comedian style, D.L. served as host of his own late night talk show on CNN “D.L. Hughley Breaks the News.”
The City Winery is a small venue. In order to get seats together, we will purchase the tickets well in advance. The cost is $170 which includes tax, services and coordination fees. The payment deadline is April 30th.
