May's Circle Session is rooted in growth, intention, and inner blooming. As the season blossoms around us, we’ll explore what it means to nourish your spirit, act on your values, and embody the joy you deserve.

These sessions are trauma-informed and lovingly crafted for Black women aged 18 and older. Together, we hold space for guided conversation, deep reflection, and authentic community—with an emphasis on self-trust, emotional healing, and empowered alignment.

Let this be your season of blooming, balance, and becoming—on your own terms.
