Sister Circle Walking Group

This is a walking group for women ages mid 30s to 50s.

This group is an open group for new members to join. It is only noted as "private" in the settings for Meetup but please feel free to join!

If you are looking for friends who feel more like sisters, this group is for you. We want to appreciate and be grateful for the beauty of nature, the beauty of friendships, and cultivate a healthy lifestyle. We will schedule walks primarily at Apex Lake but we can also meet at other locations as the group grows.

If you have something purple, wear it and come join us. (If not, don’t let that stop you from joining). This is a nod to the line in The Color Purple about noticing and being grateful to God for the color purple - meaning the small, beautiful things in life that we sometimes overlook.
