10:00 AM Meet and Greet
10:30 AM - 12 PM - I want to start a podcast. Now what? - Patrick Hester
Since the dawn of time, people have been podcasting. Well, no, that's not true. But it sounds good, right? While podcasts haven't been around forever, they have been a presence in our daily lives for around 20 years. Should you start your own? How? Do you need a studio? How do you get people to listen? How much time will be involved? The answer to these and many more questions will be discussed by two-time Hugo Award winner Patrick Hester, whose podcast credits include the Hugo Award-winning SFSignal, I Should Be Writing (Producer) and The Functional Nerds.
12:00 - 1:00 PM Lunch (brown bag or visit nearby restaurants)
1:00 - 3:00 PM - The Real CSI. Not That Stuff on TV - Lisa Provost, CCSI, Forensic Supervisor, Aurora PD
