New Year Intentions Cacao & Sound Ceremony

Join Heathor for an evening of Cacao and sound exploration!
We will begin with a cacao ceremony dedicated to setting our 2024 intentions. With shamanic drumming as our guide, we will drop deeper into spirit, connecting with our truest selves - feel free to dance, drum, chant, or journal, following your heart as the magic unfolds. Let the vibrations of the Mystical Earth gong ground you as we close with a blissful soundbath to allow your intentions to integrate and take root.

Cacao is NOT an Entheogen or Hallucinogen - it is an EMPATHOGEN that gently opens the heart and encourages greater connection with your truest self & the Earth. It is your choice that allows you to connect to the full experience. Those taking antidepressants or other serious medication should ingest less, or may experience an intense headache later.

On the day of the ceremony, please:
Please bring your favorite 6-8oz. mug; Do not eat for 2 hours prior to ceremony; Dress for comfort; Yoga mat suggested, but not required; Feel free to bring whatever you need for your “nest”: Blankets, pillows, comfort stuffed animals, crystals, talismans, journals, etc…
No prior musical experience required. Drums provided, or bring your own!
Make sure to bring plenty of water (or a bottle to fill) for during & after the ceremony.

Doors will close & lock 5 minutes after start time - please make sure to arrive early to prepare your space & in respect for all in ceremony.
