Join us this evening at Saugstad Park in Roseville at 6 PM for a gentle, heart-centered sound bath as the sun begins to set. This informal gathering is open to all who feel called to relax, connect, and receive. Whether you stay for the full experience or simply pass through, we ask that arrivals and departures be made with quiet reverence to honor those in meditation or prayer.

✨ What to Expect:

• A 45-minute sound journey with crystal bowls, drums, chimes, and optional toning
• A peaceful space for silent reflection, grounding, and connection
• The amplified energy of community — “when two or more are gathered…”

🌿 What to Bring:

• Water, journal, mosquito repellant
• Something comfortable to sit or lie on: blanket, towel, pillow, or chair – this is a public park, so cleanliness of the grass is not guaranteed
• Natural materials are encouraged to support grounding with the Earth
