Hey Folks, this is a free event. Come join us in the backyard for a fireside discussion on our relationship to the land we occupy and ways we are making or seeking change in our current systems. There is no need for you to be an avid or even a basic naturalist or rewilder. Just come to learn and be curious.

Here are the guidelines for the circle:

  • Creating The Space: A brief mindfulness will be led as a sage smudge is lit and passed around, close your eyes if comfortable.
  • Opening The Talk: Each person will get to share their name, share their intentions for showing up and their current emotional state.
  • Round One: A prompt will be given, usually in regards to our relationships to certain contemporary systems and or the land we live upon, or simply ways we are rewilding in our own lives. Each person will get the opportunity to share their answer, uninterrupted. Time limits will be employed based on the size of the group. There will be a pause between people speaking to honor and process the former share.
  • Round Two: This will be a time to discuss and connect freely with whomever you wish in the circle. Depending on group size this may be timed in order to do the group closing.
  • Closing The Circle: We will close the group each stating our name, our current feelings, and our take aways from the discussion.
