Learn how Storybook can be used to replace JSS code-first disconnected mode and allow front-end developers to create and test their components with mock data. This will include advanced techniques for scaffolding, configuration, fonts, styles, placeholders, mocking the SitecoreContext, and more. Then, see how Chromatic can notify you about visual changes to components and block pull requests.

8:40pm - 9:20pm EDT - Session 3: Future State: JSS and Next.js App Router
This session will review the existing architecture of JSS component-level data fetching and posit what a JSS App Router SDK would entail. We will examine the new features of React Server Components in React 18 and Next.js App Routing in Next.js 13.4.
We will look at several example projects including the existing XMCloud Starter template, a Content Hub One project built with both Next.js Pages and App Router versions, and a sketch of a Next.js App Router-based XM Cloud project.
