Becoming a more effective teacher and trainer of Sitecore to Marketers

One of the most important things consultants do is teach our clients how to confidently use the products and platforms we built their solutions on. But almost NONE of us have a background in education or pedagogy. Attendees will learn tips to provide consistently high quality training to clients with different learning styles; ideas for documentation, artifacts, cheat sheets, and leave-behinds; and how to make sure a new employee can get up to speed once they join your client's team.

From Coding to Conducting: Building with Agentic Systems

Much like ATMs changed the role of bank tellers, AI is shifting developers from writing code to directing systems that generate and execute it. Two years into working with agentic workflows, the reality is clear. Productivity has increased, but so have expectations, complexity, and the need for control.
This session cuts through the hype and focuses on what actually works. We’ll explore how context has become a primary architectural constraint, why agents prioritize completion over correctness, and how ambiguity gets resolved, often incorrectly, when left unmanaged. You’ll see practical patterns like orchestrator vs executor agents, tool design as a way to guide behavior, and when to move from autonomous workflows to deterministic ones.
Through targeted demos using Kajoo Agentic, including MCP-based debugging, VS Code agent workflows, and real migration scenarios, you’ll walk away with a clear mental model for where agents belong, where they don’t, and how to design systems that balance speed, control, and correctness.
