Topic #1
Stop Prompting. Start Building: Harness Engineering for SitecoreAI
Presenter: Rob Earlam, Sitecore
AI coding tools generate code quickly, but often lack consistency and control. This session introduces Harness Engineering, an agent-first approach that uses specialized AI roles, structured artifacts, and execution guardrails to reduce ambiguity and improve quality. Through a SitecoreAI and Next.js walkthrough, Rob will show how teams can move from idea to production-ready code faster, with more predictable and reusable results.
Topic #2
Scrunch Your Website
Presenter: Andrew Vieau, Sitecore
Curious about Scrunch but not sure where to start? Join us for a practical introduction to Scrunch, covering what it does, how it helps teams find and use information more effectively, and where it fits within the digital experience landscape. If you're evaluating Scrunch, if you are a new user looking to get started, or if you've just heard the name and are curious, this session is for you.
Topic #3
Learnings from real SitecoreAI implementation
Presenter: Harsh Baid, Horizontal
Practical learnings from a real, multi-brand Sitecore XM Cloud build on Vercel, framed around one idea: replace trust with an automatic check. The session covers on-demand revalidation, redirects placed at the right layer of the Vercel routing order (edge bulk redirects and the Sitecore redirect map in middleware), and moving Lighthouse scores - plus where AI earns its place: an automated Claude pull-request review loop that proves each finding before it posts, and the loop-engineering habits behind it with Claude Code.
