Let’s meet on Sunday and start working on your back health & posture — with fresh air, movement, and good energy!
If the sun is out and there’s no rain ☀️, we’ll meet at 11:00 AM on the beach next to the beach Platja Riera Xica:

- reducing stiffness from sitting
- gentle movement and mobility
- feeling better in your body
All levels are welcome — this is not about pushing hard, but about moving well and feeling good.
