Hi everyone! 😊
Let’s meet on Valentine's Day and do our backs a favor by improving posture and relieving pain — with fresh air, movement, and good energy! This workout is particularly useful, if you sit down at a desk many hours (which many of us do anyway :D ). Do not forget the love for your back and join me for a great session.
If the sun is out and there’s no rain ☀️, we’ll meet at 11:00 AM on the beach at :
📍Platja de la Fragata in Sitges.
We’ll enjoy a relaxed back health & posture session focused on:
- improving posture
- reducing stiffness from sitting
- gentle movement and mobility
- feeling better in your body
All levels are welcome — this is not about pushing hard, but about moving well and feeling good.
Please bring:
- 🧘♀️ a mat
- 🧴 a towel
- 💧 some water
- ✨ and lots of good vibes
Come move, stretch, breathe, and enjoy a healthy start to your weekend by the sea 🌊.
