This special tasting is 100% dedicated to these type of sparkling wines. We'll explore six remarkable bottles that celebrate the ancestral method with depth, elegance, and an artisanal soul. Wines made in tiny quantities, often by hand, always with love for the land and a deep respect for tradition and nature.
