Beach Yoga in Sitges

Namaste and welcome to Yoga by Berta!
This is a hatha yoga class by the beach, appropriate for all levels, everybody is welcome.

Start your day with a gentle yoga session designed to create balance and ease in body and mind, surrounded by the calming sounds of the sea. Please, bring a towel or sarong with you.
