She stood out at Cofidis for applying design thinking to transform the customer experience into accessible financial solutions. She has worked in sectors such as telecommunications, big data, and banking, always focusing on simplifying the complex. She holds a degree in Design and specializes in innovation, leadership, and service design. Passionate about the social impact of design, she believes in collaboration as the engine of positive change.
