About the speaker Thiago Barrionuevo:
Holding a degree in Business Administration from FEI and an MBA from Manchester Business School, he has over 15 years of experience in multinational companies such as BASF, SKY, and PPG, where he led teams and achieved a high engagement rate as measured by Gallup.

He has already served more than 200 companies in 20 countries, impacting more than 40,000 people with workshops, lectures, and creative activities.

Recognized for his bold and innovative style, he was a speaker at Brazilian Congress on Training and Development 2025, GamiCon48V 2025 International Conference, Leadership Summit Next Gen in Portugal, and an inspirational speaker at World Creativity Day in 2020 and 2021, sharing his vision on the role of games in corporate education.
