We're still bouncing around a little on some previous topics as well as still throwing out new ideas for consideration. This includes sharing drafts, how to finish a project (HOW TO FINISH A PROJECT!), and gearing up to produce a new first draft before the end of the year. (Working on these last 2 things at once may seem counter-intuitive, but it isn't.) Given that's it's November (Noirvember), we might take a moment to consider the circular way that print influences film and then those films in turn influence print.

Join us as we discuss the various ways of building your story your way, offering input when it's asked for.

The MeetUp is free (as always), but most of us can't resist the food. Meet & Greet starts at 6 PM (don't forget about eating), the formal workshop usually starts at 7 PM, (OK, 7-ish), and is frequently more of a discussion than an actual lesson. There will be plenty of time for hands on manuscript work before McAlister's closes at 9 PM. We're usually to the left as you come in, we look like writers.
