We'll be exchanging some drafts again this week, mostly scripts, but also doing plot point brainstorming and trying to help each other out of the corners we have painted and written ourselves into.

Following up on the last few weeks we're also still exchanging ideas about the chores that most writers don't like, such as editing, organizing materials, layout issue, cutting text, and all of those other really unpleasant parts of turning your draft into a manuscript, or fixing a manuscript so that it's fit for publication. Generally, doing anything to help you finish those current projects and start your next great project for this year if you haven't already. (Yes, it's April, we're not judging.)

As usual, join us to discuss the various ways of building your story your way. We will offer input when it's asked for.

The MeetUp is free (as always), but most of us can't resist the food. Meet & Greet starts at 6 PM (don't forget about eating), the formal workshop usually starts at 7 PM, (OK, 7-ish), and is frequently more of a discussion than an actual lesson. There will be plenty of time for hands on manuscript work before McAlister's closes at 9 PM. We're usually to the left as you come in, we look like writers.
