Rhythm is an important part of music and a part of our life. Everything follows a certain rhythm including our own bodies. When we come into alignment with healing rhythms it can be very transforming.
For this month we move on to have a different experience, one of Rhythm and drumming. Come have a vibrational exciting time of using drums and other percussion instruments to move yourself into your true rhythm.
