If this is true and everything is vibrating, what is the sound of peace?
Does it have a vibration; is it high or low?
These are questions we may ponder or even meditate upon.

Come to this Sound workshop where we will be ruminating on these thoughts and looking inside for the answers.

Come and experience a place where vibration and peace come together, where that's all there is.

At the end of this workshop, you will experience a relaxing, healing, sound bath meditation. Feel free to bring a yoga mat and blanket if you like. Or you may sit in a chair for the sound bath.
