One of the major impediments to manifesting a healthy state of consciousness and health is mind chatter and ego,
This sound bath meditation is designed to bypass the mind chatter and the limiting stories, and to put us in a state of being where we are receptive to the gifts of spirit and can experience joy, love and transformation.
The bulk of this workshop will be a relaxing, sound bath meditation, featuring flutes, gongs, didgeridoo, keyboard, hand drums, rattles, chants, handpan, tingshas, chimes, an array of Tibetan bowls & crystal singing bowls, and natural sounds (heartbeat, nature sounds, whales).
We will have an introduction to segue from everyday thinking to higher vibrational resonance, and a short discussion afterwards about how to take this experience with you into your daily life.
Cost: $20 will be paid at the workshop prior to it's start.
A portion of the cost goes to support our host, The Starting Point.
