Welcome to the New Year! We are so excited to have Phillip Vincent from Mom's House speaking to our group this month. Phillip will be bringing some amazing insight into investing within the elderly community. Mom's House specializes in helping elderly members transition from their home to assisted living - they help match the right investor to give these members a fair price for their home as they transition to this new phase of life. Phillip has been in the business for the last 22 years, and can't wait to bring his knowledge and experience to this month's SJREI meeting.
