If you're planning to join us, please RSVP ASAP!
Location:
Park Restaurant and Bar
59 JFK Street
Cambridge, MA
Description:
A great opportunity to learn about cool Layer 2 technologies and meet sponsoring ETHBoston teams - as well as fellow builders - before the hackathon begins. Join SKALE and Enigma for some casual conversation and free appetizers, plus your first drink is on us! (If you're a student, don't worry - this event is open to attendees under 21 as well.)
SKALE Network:
SKALE is building the first of its kind modular protocol that allows developers to easily provision highly configurable fully ETH-compatible sidechains. SKALE’s Elastic Sidechains bring the best of Web2 to Web3 and allow dApps to have all benefits of decentralization without compromising on computation, bandwidth, or storage.
Enigma:
At Enigma, our mission is to ensure global adoption and usage of decentralized technologies.
Enigma is a secure computation protocol which is able to run blockchain functions, or smart contracts, on sensitive (secret) data. First founded and researched at MIT in 2015, Enigma’s network of “secret nodes” can perform computations over encrypted data at scale without ever exposing the raw data, even to the nodes themselves. Smart contracts built with Enigma become “secret contracts”, allowing developers to create thousands of new, valuable solutions.
