#03 - Communication of Design Specs between Designer & Developer (Part 2)

Details
The communication and delivery of UI and logical specification is an essential component of a Product Designer's responsibilities. Beyond creating beautiful interfaces in Sketch, Designers need to aim for a smooth delivery of said information, so that engineering efforts can commence to actualise the end product.
In this session, we continue from the previous session and welcome a panel of professionals from Engineering, answering questions about the best practices in the production and delivery of UI and logic specifications between Design and Engineering.
Tony will start us off by talking about general guiding principles for Designers to build better working relationships with developers. After which, Vivek, Tariq and Qilu from Visa will present on the micro details when it comes to delivery specifications to Development teams. We end things off with Clark, who will share insights on working in an Agile environment, where spec docs may not necessarily be required.
In the Q&A session that follows, audience are encouraged to ask question IRL and also through at www.pigeonhole.at - by using passcode SKETCH03 during the event.
