2020 review and Cyberpunk exclusive

Details
Jolly Sketchies,
With the year nearing its end, it is time to look behind and see what happened. It was definitely something different! But we survived, and we tread on, excited to see what is coming next. As a last-minute treat, we are bringing something extraordinary!
To kick it off, Helena will do an overview of what happened with Sketch in 2020, and maybe some hints at what might be coming in 2021! This year's gift comes in the form of a Gameplay Designer from CD Projekt Red, which works on Cyberpunk. Honestly, that is the reason we delayed the meetup so that Cyberpunk can release and we can be excited about this talk :)
The meetup will be held on 16.12.2020. at your home, 18:00 CEST. Prepare holiday joy and cookies as fuel for your questions!
Talk to you soon :)

Helena Bukovac - Design Team Lead at Emondo design
Sketch 2020 review
Helena specializes in UX / UI design, through which she helps build digital products in the commercial, financial, and education industries. She leads a design team in the creative agency Emondo design. The knowledge gained working on different projects, Helena transfers to her students at Algebra University College and her students at online design education platforms Springboard and Designlab. If all that wasn't already enough, she is also a cheerful Sketch Advocate that organizes these lovely meetups, which bring happy people together.
Sketch brought us many beautiful things during 2020. Some are revolutionary, and some are yet to be released by the end of the year. Let's take a look at what went on and see just how much happened during this year.

Talk #2
Ivan Renic - Gameplay Designer at CD Projekt RED
Teaching the rules of play
Determined to disprove the age-old parent saying "You'll never get anywhere if you continue playing those video games", Ivan decided at a young age that he needs to join the gaming industry, where he currently works as a gameplay designer at CD Projekt RED. He is passionate about all aspects of video game design, with a special focus on how games can impact the lives of those that play them.
So you got a great idea for a game. While working on it, you think of more significant challenges and tools for the player to use. You're thrilled by the ideas and have fun implementing them. Everything is great... except when you make your friends try your game, they all seem lost and frustrated! Well, surely your ideas can't be wrong, so it must be them simply not knowing how to play. So how do we teach them? In this talk, we'll explore several examples of designing user experiences that are both fun and instructive so everyone can play.
